I seldom make announcements for whenever commissions are open, look to my Instagram bio to see for their availability. If not explicitly said closed or instead written "ask/dm", you may ask me directly whether it's open through any of my socials.

Toyhouse profiles are preferred when sending references. If not, please send an at least high quality picture of the character's reference.

I do not accept written descriptions for references.

I will send a sketch in which you're free to make changes in.

Once a piece is finished, subtle changes or fixes are allowed.

Turnaround time can vary from less than a week to a few months - feel free to ask for progress updates anytime.

Please let me know ahead of time if you'd like to set a deadline for a commission.

I have every right to decline a commission for any reason.

I have every right to use your commissioned piece for personal use (commission examples, social media posts, etc).

You are free to use your commissioned piece for any personal use with proper credit.

You are not allowed to use your commissioned piece for commercial use.

You are not allowed to claim a commissioned piece as your own drawing.

You are not allowed to take off/cover my watermark in your commissioned piece for any reason.

I only take either Paypal (USD) or DevianArt points at the moment.

Depending on whether I think I'd be able to do the commission or not, payment can be made upfront or after a sketch is sent.

Half refunds are applicable if I've only completed a sketch or have done further work on the commission but haven't finished.

I will not do refunds for a fully or nearly completed commission piece.

You may redesign my designs however much you want.

Designs that are obtained through raffles, freebies, etc may not be sold unless worth is added.

You may resell my designs for a slightly higher price or its base value, as long as you don't inflate the price of the design.

You don't need to credit me for the design in everything, however minimal credit would be greatly appreciated.

I don't require my designs to be on Toyhouse but I highly prefer them being on there.

Although already accepting your offer, I have the right to cancel it for any reason.

Payment must be made within at least a week, else I'll pass along the adopt to someone else.

Holds up to approximately a week are allowed unless explicitly said otherwise, do keep me updated on when you intend on paying.

Payment plans for higher purchases ($30+) are allowed unless explicitly said otherwise.

If you refuse to complete a payment plan, I will refund all the money you sent to me and the design will be returned to me.

Full refunds are applicable only for the first week after purchasing a design, the design will be returned to me.

You may take as much time as you need on art, I'm very lenient on deadlines for these things.

Failure to complete owed art will result in me passing the design to someone else who has offered.
